Full ball bearings, designed with ball-filling notches on the inner and outer rings, can hold more balls than standard deep groove ball bearings. Due to the ball-filling notches, they are not suitable for applications with high axial loads. BL2 and BL3 type bearings have the same main dimensions as the 62 and 63 series single row deep groove ball bearings. Besides the open type, there are also steel plate dust cover ZZ type bearings. Additionally, when using the bearings, the ball-filling notch position on the outer ring should be positioned as the non-load ring if possible. The cage is usually a stamped cage.
